  • Engine make and model (e.g., Detroit Diesel DD15, Cummins ISX15, Paccar MX13)
  • ESN (Engine Serial Number) , found on the engine dataplate
  • ECM software version, we can guide you through how to read this if needed
  • A description of the current problem or the services you’re requesting

STEP 2: WE BUILD A CUSTOM ECM CALIBRATION FOR YOUR SPECIFIC TRUCK

This is where most tuning services fall short. Many providers take a generic file, swap the VIN, and send it. We don’t work that way.
